• To provide a high level of administrative support.
• The post holder will be required to work flexibly and confidentially in a developing office environment.
• Diary management
• Meeting arrangements.
• Dealing with emails whilst manager out of the country.
• The organisation of travel needs including the booking of tickets etc and accommodation.
• Answering telephone calls and taking appropriate follow up action.
• Handling of all correspondence.
• Filing.
• Typing.
The ideal candidate will have: -
• Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Previous experience as a PA
• Create and maintain excellent working relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Well organised
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Tactful and discreet, as you will be dealing with confidential information
