Job Elements: -
- Responsible for leading all design and development activity associated with assigned programs.
- Ensuring the design meets the customer’s expectations and can be produced efficiently at planned production volumes.
- Interface with customer engineering to establish design goals and make design recommendations for assigned programs.
- Work with Designer to develop necessary design drawings, develop product specifications as required.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineer to develop production tooling and equipment specifications.
- Develop and maintain DFMEA, DFMA, DVP&R, control plans and other applicable APQP documentation.
- Responsible for the design, procurement, and prove-out of all prototype components.
- Involved in procurement of tooling and components for all products.

- Experience within a Manufacturing Industry.
- Product design/Process Technology.
- Another European Language advantageous.
- Program Management experience.
- Six Sigma.
