TCL/LJ 208770: Our client seeks an IT Systems Administrator for an assignment within its Regeneration division.
We are acting for a SE London based local authority
The post will be located in Southwark, SE17 and will be for 36 hpw, Mon-Fri, normal business hours.
This is anticipated to be, initially at least, a 2 to 3 month assignment.
Please note that under a special arrangement we have with a leading umbrella company, temps who elect to get paid under this route will receive, in addition to a higher hourly rate of pay, the following benefits which are not available under PAYE:

Essence of role:
You will be engaged to to support the service in the implementation of local IT systems.
You will be expected to provide assistance to the organisation’s staff on the use of different IT packages, provide support on security &/or administration of the system, work with senior staff on the development of systems for the organisation, and the management of resources; hardware, training materials, etc.
Candidate requirements (*indicates must be CLEARLY EVIDENT FROM YOUR CV, not just your covering letter, to avoid auto-rejection by client) include:
*Specific knowledge and experience (min 3years) of providing direct end user support on business applications, in a large organisation
*Extensive Problem Analysis and Diagnostic ability
*Extensive experience of relevant hardware, networking, application technologies e.g. MS 2000, Manhattan & SAP modules, MS Suite
UK local authority or other public sector experience advantageous, but not a prerequisite
