Job Description
The Role:
’ Providing personal support to the Executive Management Team
’ Ensuring the efficient running of administration activities
’ Diary and meeting management for the Managing Director and Executive
’ Taking minutes during board and executive meetings.
’ Writing reports and creating power point presentations.
’ Greeting customers, organising demonstrations & tours, booking rooms.
’ Booking flights, cars, hotels, and organising business & customer events.
’ General office administration
What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:
’ The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Personal Assistant role and hold an appropriate academic and/or vocational qualification in a relevant discipline. Candidates who can demonstrate the equivalent experience may also be considered.
’ A professional attitude and βcustomer service orientatedβ approach is essential.
’ To be able to show flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of the business.
’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential (both verbal and written).
’ Well organised, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality at all times.
’ Experience of working under pressure and balancing multiple tasks.
’ Microsoft Office experience essential (experience of lotus notes preferable).
’ Short hand skills preferable.
