Job Description

The Role:

  • €’ Providing personal support to the Executive Management Team

  • €’ Ensuring the efficient running of administration activities

  • €’ Diary and meeting management for the Managing Director and Executive

  • €’ Taking minutes during board and executive meetings.

  • €’ Writing reports and creating power point presentations.

  • €’ Greeting customers, organising demonstrations & tours, booking rooms.

  • €’ Booking flights, cars, hotels, and organising business & customer events.

  • €’ General office administration

What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:

  • €’ The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Personal Assistant role and hold an appropriate academic and/or vocational qualification in a relevant discipline. Candidates who can demonstrate the equivalent experience may also be considered.

  • €’ A professional attitude and β€˜customer service orientated’ approach is essential.

  • €’ To be able to show flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of the business.

  • €’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential (both verbal and written).

  • €’ Well organised, demonstrating discretion and confidentiality at all times.

  • €’ Experience of working under pressure and balancing multiple tasks.

  • €’ Microsoft Office experience essential (experience of lotus notes preferable).

  • €’ Short hand skills preferable.
