Job Description

The Role:

  • €¢ Co-ordinate bid management activity.

  • €¢ Provide administrative support for the Directors.

  • €¢ Provide administrative support for the Sales Teams.

  • €¢ Collation of operational data and reports.

  • €¢ Record and maintain minutes of Internal Meetings.

  • €¢ Manage internal databases.

  • €¢ Support marketing activities.

  • €¢ Supervise telesales activities.

  • €¢ Organise sales events and campaigns.

What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:

  • €¢ Excellent administrative skills.

  • €¢ Able to work independently on complex tasks.

  • €¢ Effective communicator, both verbal and written.

  • €¢ Strong organisational skills.

  • €¢ Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • €¢ Computer literacy is essential. Proficient with full MS packages.

  • €¢ Experience of a working with Tender Documents advantageous.
