Job Description
The Role:
€¢ Co-ordinate bid management activity.
€¢ Provide administrative support for the Directors.
€¢ Provide administrative support for the Sales Teams.
€¢ Collation of operational data and reports.
€¢ Record and maintain minutes of Internal Meetings.
€¢ Manage internal databases.
€¢ Support marketing activities.
€¢ Supervise telesales activities.
€¢ Organise sales events and campaigns.
What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:
€¢ Excellent administrative skills.
€¢ Able to work independently on complex tasks.
€¢ Effective communicator, both verbal and written.
€¢ Strong organisational skills.
€¢ Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
€¢ Computer literacy is essential. Proficient with full MS packages.
€¢ Experience of a working with Tender Documents advantageous.
