Job Description

Job Elements: -

  • €¢ Assist the HR/Facilities Manager to ensure the general maintenance of the premises is maintained.

  • €¢ Assist the HR/Facilities Manager to maintain up to date personnel records in respect of all members of staff.

  • €¢ Record and monitor absences and report to the HR/Facilities Manager on a weekly basis.

  • €¢ Maintain an adequate stock of stationery items and order as necessary ensuring best prices are received where ever possible.

  • €¢ Attend internal meetings and produce accurate minutes in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • €¢ A proven background in administration

  • €¢ Experience gained within an HR function.

  • €¢ Experience of working within a regulatory controlled organisation

  • €¢ Facilities experience
