Job Description
Job Elements: -
€¢ Assist the HR/Facilities Manager to ensure the general maintenance of the premises is maintained.
€¢ Assist the HR/Facilities Manager to maintain up to date personnel records in respect of all members of staff.
€¢ Record and monitor absences and report to the HR/Facilities Manager on a weekly basis.
€¢ Maintain an adequate stock of stationery items and order as necessary ensuring best prices are received where ever possible.
€¢ Attend internal meetings and produce accurate minutes in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have:
€¢ A proven background in administration
€¢ Experience gained within an HR function.
€¢ Experience of working within a regulatory controlled organisation
€¢ Facilities experience
