As the company continues to expand we are looking for ambitious graduates looking to take the first step towards a successful career in sales and marketing.

All applicants will be considered although those with a 2.2 or above and business related degree are preferred.

Our Graduate Training Program in Cardiff is a fast-track route to management for top-calibre graduates, with graduates all over the country making it from entry-level to full management within 12 months.

Initially successful graduates will be responsible for representing one of our clients, maintaining an excellent level of customer service interacting with customers as well as learning and applying our sales and marketing system before moving onto organising events, managing a team and running various campaigns.

Ideal candidates will be ambitious, hard working and have a desire to learn. Marketing experience would be an advantage but not essential as this is an entry level position although an aptitude for leadership is essential.
