This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the business of one of the largest banking, financial services organisations in the UK by selling our products and services. Although you’ll be a key point of contact for making and completing customer sales by telephone, your ability to deliver exceptional customer service will be just as important as your sales skills. This role is all about building a rapport with customers, listening to their needs and finding out about their hopes for the future. You’ll then be able to proactively select and suggest the right products and services for them, and explain all the benefits in simple, straightforward language.

The range of products and services we offer is as varied as the type of people you’ll speak to, so the drive and ability to build an expert level of knowledge, and to analyse the features of each offering is essential. Your positive and conscientious approach will carry through to your personal development, and to those of your teammates, as you will seek out opportunities to develop your skills, and to share your knowledge with colleagues. After all, you’ll be working to both team and individual targets, so you’ll need to be able to develop relationships with the people around you as well as those on the other end of the phone.
