Our client, a well established registered nursing home with 36 beds seeks a experienced and professional RGN or RMN who can come in and hit the ground running. You will play a pivotal role within the structure of the home and your input will be valued and respected.
The home is conveniently placed between Barry and Llantwit Major in the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan. The village has all the usual village ameneties of churches, Post Office,shops, Pubs, Cafe, Chemist, Hairdresser and GP surgeries etc.
You need to be singled minded, able to work under pressure and have a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have good clinical skills and a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people. RMN or RGN qualified with a flair for going the extra mile is key .
