This is an excellent opportunity for a registered mental health nurse to work with a leading healthcare provider.
Based within a superb nursing home in Cardiff you will be responsible for working alongside care staff to ensure the highest standards of clinical care for it\'s service users. You will be responsible for ensuring care plans are up to date and suitable for the individual service users needs, that all care staff are supported as well as being able to lead the shift and ensure standards of the company are maintained and adhered to.
The home specialises in care for the elderly so you will be qualified as an RMN/RN3 with a valid NMC PIN number, experience with elderly service users and dementia care is desirable as with previous knowledge of working within a nursing home environment.
The home is offering a 40 hour working week along with the opportunity to work overtime. An hourly rate in the region of £13.00 is on offer.
