We are currently looking to recruit Temporary Customer Service Agents for our client based in Bridgend. Start Date; Monday 15th March 2010 This is a full time vacancy consisting of 35 hours per week, on the following shift pattern: Week 1 - Monday Friday 8am 4pm; Week 2 Monday Friday 9am 5pm Week 3 - Monday Friday 12pm 8pm ; Week 4 Monday Friday 2pm 10pm Training will be Monday Friday 9am 5pm Role: You will be required to: Provide a high standard of customer service Direct calls appropriately Promote products and services being offered Answer incoming telephone calls Updating customer accounts Answering questions about products and services Dealing with customer complaints in professional manner Cross selling products and services to existing customers The right candidate should enjoy dealing with people and be able to vary your approach on each call. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proven experience in a customer services role would be beneficial but not essential. Candidates will have to consent to a credit check and criminal record check. Own transport is essential due to location. Candidates will receive an hourly rate of £7.50.
