Compliance Manager - ISO 9001, 14001, 18001
Cardiff
£28,000 - £35,000 Plus Free Parking, Tea & Coffee Facilities

Our client specialises in the delivery of support services to commercial, industrial and public sector clients, throughout the UK. They deliver outstanding results within facilities management and support services by building a collaborative relationship with their customers. An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Manager to join their team.

The organisation has a number of management systems that structure the way it undertakes business, including ISO 9001 (Quality), Health and Safety, Environment, SIA (ACS accredited) and IIP. All except ISO 9001 and SIA are not yet accredited, meaning the Compliance Manager\'s primarily objective will be to help the business achieve these accreditations.

As the Compliance Manager you will then be tasked with streamlining and integrating a number of disparate management systems into one coherent structure.

Your duties will include:
- Acting as the company\'s representative for all management standards and ongoing accreditation purposes
- Reviewing current standards for ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, ACS, IIP and business continuity
- Auditing, testing and undertaking a comprehensive roll out programme
- Delivering training workshops to ensure staff understanding and compliance
- Liaising with management to ensure systems and processes meet business needs

To be considered for the role of Compliance Manager, you will need:
- A NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- Environmental and asbestos related experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001
- Health and Safety experience

Additionally you should be a graduate (or equivalent) in a related discipline or have substantial experience within a similar role. You will also need to have a full, clean driving licence.

Above all, you must be results driven and have excellent interpersonal skills to succeed in this role. You will also need to have a good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
