Job Description
Our client is one of the counrty\'s leading providers of care to the elderly in residential settings and they are currently recruitng for a Business Support Manager to assist the Area Manager in the running of a number of elderly Care and Nursing Homes in the South Wales area.The main aspect of the role is to act as a \'trouble-shooter\' in homes that are experiencing difficulties - these could relate to anything from issues with staffing, budgetary matters, inspection reports, policies and procedures, standards within homes etc.Candidates must be hard-working and dedicated and have a passion for providing high quality care to vulnerable elderly service users and must have experience of working within Nursing and/or residential elderly services.The salary is negotiable from £39,000+To apply please forward a CV to or call Jay on for more information.
