Job Elements: -
• Assist the Audit Services team in the completion of assessment documentation.
• Write suitable reports and requests to audited contractors in relation to requirements.
• Ensure that the database information and work activities is correct at time of accreditation.
• Liaise with contractors with the requirements identified by auditors within their reports.
• Be the first point of contact for general report and audit queries.
• Develop and produce reports and statistics relating to the process.
• Recommend new ideas and methods of working with in the remit of the role.
• Any other duties as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Confidence in handling customer enquiries via telephone and other means.
• Good communicator with good standard of written English.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (NEBOSH general certificate desirable).
• 12 months experience in an administration/customer service role.
• Experience within environmental, health & safety or other compliance related service.
• Ability to work consistently, and to prescribed quality processes and standards.
• IT literate, with experience of using MS word and Excel.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage own workload, with completion to deadlines.
