| Are you looking for a part time position as part of a job share within a successful, growing organisation in the Newport area? My client is looking for 2 enthusiastic individuals to join their family run organisation. The main duties of this role will be dealing with incoming and outgoing post, matching invoices to relevant information, dealing with enquiries via telephone, and other general administrative tasks within the office. The environment within the office is busy and fast paced, yet relaxed and friendly. You will need to be able to work extremely well as part of a team, and equally be able to work off your own initiative. You will need excellent Word/Excel knowledge. You will also need to be flexible in your approach to work.This position has the potential of becoming permanent; if you are looking only for a short term assignment please do not apply.
