| Job Elements: - • Provide customers with technical / product support. • Assist with internal and external product training. • Provide input to and monitoring of the Engineering change process on a regular basis and other processes as required. • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation on new products. • Assist customers in the preparation of their own sales and marketing material on the company’s products. • Attend at site visits when required. • Perform any other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have: • Two years experience in a technology based industry, preferably with some “hands-on” field experience of electrical systems. • Either currently following or willing to follow a course of further education. • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. • Aptitude for analytical work. • Ability to work with personnel at all levels. • Computer literate (Microsoft Office) • Excellent problem solving skills. • General interest in technology For further vacancies, please visit www.petrie.co.uk |
