A qualified Operations Assistant to support a busy, progressive department within a large company in Cardiff Bay, South Wales.

You are qualified to degree level, have experience in a similar environment and an encouraging attitude to work.
This job would be ideal for someone with an excellent ability to work well under pressure and to multiple deadlines, with a target driven, and career focused approach. Should be highly motivated and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
What will you actually be doing?
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Operations Assistant will need to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the business processes, from sales and marketing, through to finance and service delivery in order to help ensure a seamless service for the business and its clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate level candidate who is looking to begin a career in Operations Management.
Your responsibilities will include…
• Ensure correct completion of all client contracts by the Sales Team
• Setting up clients on the relevant systems to ensure they receive the services contracted
• Liaising with our strategic partners to ensure seamless provision of service across all areas
• Help identify product training needs in the business and assist in the delivery of training to all areas of the business
• Manage the purchase order system and work closely with finance to ensure that agreed financial procedures are followed
• Trouble shooting – providing solutions to exceptions that fall outside of the standard business processes
• Assist the Operations Director in projects ranging from process reviews through to new product development
