| ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING MANAGER - Circa £30,000 The Company: Our client are a small Dynamic company based in South Wales, currently seeking a talented Engineering Manager to join their team. The company designs and manufactures high-speed industrial cameras for the printing industry, selling their products to a global network. The Role: The position being offered will suit someone with a proven background in Electronic Design. Essentially this position needs someone to take charge of the companies existing product range and to assist the General Manager in running the company on a day to day basis. The Candidate: Applicants for this position should be highly motivated, innovative self-starters, capable of working under their own initiative, leading others, and with the ability to manage and take responsibility for their own work from start to finish. They should possess a high level of professionalism in their conduct, have good communication skills and be comfortable working with customers at boardroom level. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge Digital Electronic Design, especially with Microcontollers (PIC, M16C), ‘C’ programming language and FPGAs (Lattice). Experience with vb.net programming would also be advantageous, but not essential. Applicants must possess a full UK driving licence The Benefits: Being a small company this is an ideal opportunity for an electronics Engineer wishing to move into Management and broaden their experience with involvement in many aspects of the business including Sales Support, Customer Service and General Business Management. 40 hours a week 28 days annual holiday inc.
