Job Elements: -
• Customer Packaging management from initial design start, through to waste elimination.
• Daily liaison with customers and supply partners.
• Co-ordination of new customer packaging introductions.
• Management of customer packaging accounts and maintenance of packaging systems.
• Liaise with Sales and Finance teams to ensure packaging costs are managed and recovered effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum of HND in a business related subject.
• In depth experience of manufacturing processes and logistics supply chains.
• Knowledge of lean supply chain techniques.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Confident communicator, excellent oral and written skills.
• Logical thinker with structured approach to work.
• Computer literate - internet, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• German language would be advantageous.
