Taking inbound calls from existing customers
To sell appropriate products and services through identifying customers individual needs
Delivering excellent customer service
To retain customers
To negotiated and close sales
To maximise the opportunity to retain existing customers
Using agreed sales techniques, promoting offers and products in support of brand; marketing strategy and sales segment objectives
To hit Revenue and Retention/Upgrade targets
To actively cross and up sell to existing customers in order to retain customer numbers and increase revenue through maximising sales opportunities
To provide customers with appropriate information on products
To provide pricing and quotations to customers
