| This role is home based Responsibilities to include: - Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills at all customer levels, ability to work with other departments to achieve company goal, with a proven track record in building, managing and developing teams. - The position holder will have proven account management experience and success - To build an account management team to manage, retain and grow our 36,000 contract customers - This position will be part of the Gas Services management team - The position holder will be required to work under their own initiative to meet tight deadlines and targets set - Develop and maintain a SMART complaints process - This position reports directly to the Sales Director |
