An ambitious international group, specialising in the manufacture of close tolerance components is looking for an experienced manager to lead their production team.
A well motivated, experienced manager from a machining background is required to lead its growing production team.
Role & Responsibilities:
oMan management responsibilities
oImproving factory productivity and efficiency
oContinuous production improvement activities
oTraining and recruiting personnel
oSupervising production scheduling
oOverseeing quality and H&S functions
oEnsuring full utilisation of resources and equipment
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
oProduction and man management experience
oExperience in a machining environment
