Workshop Supervisor

A market leading, international company which conducts mechanical service and repair on a range of equipment, are currently recruiting for a workshop supervisor for their site based in Cardiff. Time served tradesmen and ex-forces encouraged to apply.
Role & Responsibilities:
oLiaise with customers, management and operational teams regarding objectives and priorities
oBuild team spirit and positive attitudes.
oResponsible for first line supervision and discipline
oResponsible for adherence to health and safety procedures.
oFacilitate training and development for continuous improvement of skills
oEnsure documentation is completed and authorised as appropriate.
oDaily planning of workloads
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
o Strong mechanical competence
o Computer literate
o Supervisory experience an advantage
o People management and communication skills
Benefits Package:
o£20-28K depending on experience
