Our client is a well established Hotel Company and is currently looking for a new Restaurant Manager. You must be a team leader and player with good organisation and delegation skills.
You will be good at paying attention to detail and be time and profit focussed. Duties will include managing and supervising a large team, planning staff and preparing rotas in conjunction with the bars manager.
You will oversee the room service, be the primary point of contact for clients during an event and drive the restaurant product forward by identifying areas for improvement.
