| Provide industry-leading measurement and headcount forecasting services to operational managers. Provide dynamic intra day management information and support to all areas of Asset Finance Operations, through Resource Planning Analysts, ensuring correct resources are available. Responsible for the production of headcount forecast and actual requirements, ensuring they are updated when business forecasts are produced. Responsible for the accuracy of annual budgetary forecasts in line with business volumes. Manage the production and dissemination of all Management Information (MI) including dashboards produced throughout the operational environment. Ensure the MI and resource allocation is constantly reviewed and altered to reflect the business requirements. Manage and produce robust Resource Contingency Plans for all areas of Operations. Use a Consultancy approach to manage Operations headcount and related business projects, delivering actions and recommendations where appropriate. Manage a team of 6 Direct reports through coaching and development, ensuring a high level of performance outcome. Liaise with colleagues across the company and the wider Company Group to ensure the leverage of existing tools and techniques.
