Full Description:
Provide industry-leading measurement and headcount forecasting services to operational managers.
• Provide dynamic intra day management information and support to all areas of Asset Finance Operations, through Resource Planning Analysts, ensuring correct resources are available.
• Responsible for the production of headcount forecast and actual requirements, ensuring they are updated when business forecasts are produced.
• Responsible for the accuracy of annual budgetary forecasts in line with business volumes.
• Manage the production and dissemination of all Management Information (MI) including dashboards produced throughout the operational environment.
• Ensure the MI and resource allocation is constantly reviewed and altered to reflect the business requirements.
• Manage and produce robust Resource Contingency Plans for all areas of Operations.
• Use a Consultancy approach to manage Operations headcount and related business projects, delivering actions and recommendations where appropriate.
• Manage a team of 6 Direct reports through coaching and development, ensuring a high level of performance outcome.
• Liaise with colleagues across the company and the wider Company Group to ensure the leverage of existing tools and techniques.
