Job Title: Telesales Advisor
Hourly Rate: £7.50 + Commission
Job Type: Permanent
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Day To Day Duties:
The role will involve making outbound business to business sales calls to prospective customers from a provided database and confidently presenting a unique package.
Suitable candidates will be intelligent, articulate and have a strong customer focus, good attention to detail and the ability and to sell through great service. Full training and support will be provided and opportunities to move onto other projects as well as progress throughout the business will be available for those who develop good skills and have a positive can-do approach.
Required qualifications and experience:
Experience in sales and the confidence to make outbound calls to business customers are required. You must the desire to work hard and do well with a positive attitude. A warm, professional telephone manner and good interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work in a timely and efficient manner with a good eye for detail. Successful candidates will work well as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently. They will also be PC literate and have a keen attitude to learn and continually improve their skills.
Skills:
• Good communication skills including having a great telephone manner and effective listening skills
• The confidence to present to a range of customers including high level management with in an intelligent and articulate manner
• The ability to record accurate customer information showing attention to detail
• Building rapport and engaging customers on the telephone
• To confidently move customers from a basic enquiry to appointment stage handling objections a they arise
• To help others and work as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
• Having a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
• Flexibility in the way tasks are approach and adaptable to change
• The desire to have fun at work whilst always ensuring targets are achieved as a priority
