£14,000 per annum
A new and exciting job opportunity has arisen within an office in Cardiff city centre for a fluent french speaking administrator. Working in a busy and demanding environment, you will possess excellent admin skills and be confident speaking and working in the french language.
Main duties and responsibilities will include –
· Accountable for processing customer orders and monitoring production at factories
· Responsible for accurate and prompt invoice production
· Liaison with suppliers on technical production & product issues
· Liaison with Planning & Transport Manager & Supervisor on issues effecting production, stock & delivery
· Maintain inventory codes, sales & purchase prices.
· Liaison with Technical Manager and suppliers on packaging/labelling issues.
· Provide support and assistance to Management on any tasks when necessary
· Any other ad-hoc admin duties as and when requested
Key Skills needed –
· Fluent French, both written and verbal
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Strong administrative background
· Ability to organise and prioritise
· Ability to work well as part of a team
· Excellent attention to detail
· Effective problem solving
· Comfortable to work well under pressure and ability to multi task
· IT literate with Microsoft office package
· A good team player with a proactive approach, with the ability to be innovative

Tax free travel allowance of up to £500 pa, in addition to salary, to enable candidate to return to France for family visits etc.
