    Job Title: Media Sales Advisor

    Hourly Rate: £6.80 + Excellent Commission

    Job Type: Permanent

    Hours of Work: Min 25 hrs per wk between 8am–8pm Monday-Saturday and 10am-5pm Sundays

    One of Europe’s largest providers of outsourced call centre services has an opportunity for hard working, enthusiastic candidates to join their new team. With over 10 years experience in providing call centre support for many leading customer service and sales led organisations our client has sites both at Cardiff Gate and within the City Centre.
    Day To Day Duties:
    The role will involve taking inbound calls from prospective customers as well as an element of outbound sales calls.
    Suitable candidates will have a retail or contact centre sales background along with a strong customer focus, good attention to detail and the ability and to sell through great service. Full training and support will be provided and opportunities to move onto other projects as well as progress throughout the company will be available for those who develop good skills and have a positive can-do approach.
    Required qualifications and experience:
    Working in a commission or target based environment is essential with a background in retail or contact centre sales preferred. It is also important that you have the desire to work hard and do well with a positive attitude. A warm, professional telephone manner and good interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work in a timely and efficient manner with a good eye for detail. Successful candidates will work well as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently. They will also be PC literate, have a keen attitude to learn and continually improve their skills.

    • Self motivation and resilience are essential
    • The ability to record accurate customer information showing attention to detail
    • Building rapport and engaging customers on the telephone

    • Flexibility in the way tasks are approach and adaptable to change
    • The desire to have fun at work whilst always ensuring targets are achieved as a priority
