Micross Recruitment was formed through the desire of a number of like-minded, forward thinking individuals, who wanted to provide a highly professional recruitment service specifically for IT professionals.

In order to deliver this we only employ high caliber staff that have expertise in recruiting IT professionals. To support this team we also utilise the services of technical experts to provide CV screening and technical interviews. These technical experts are qualified CISCO or Microsoft professionals who specialise in either systems development and programming or hardware support.
