Experience / Qualifications Required:
•	Good standard of education (minimum GCSE English &amp;amp; Maths)
•	Competent user of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Access &amp;amp; PowerPoint (equivalent to ECDL)
•	Creating / maintaining/ analysing databases
•	Good interpersonal &amp;amp; communication skills

            <description>My client, a leading fuel supplier based in Rogiet, are looking for a person to join their successful sales and account management team.   If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have a natural flair for talking to people and persuading them over the phone then this is the job for you!

You will be receiving inbound and making outbound calls in relation to fuel sales.  Working with a customer database, both business to business (hauliers for diesel) and private homes ordering heating fuel or farmers ordering tractor fuel.   You will also be placing fuel orders on an in-house order system.  There will also be some administration involved in this role in relation to pricing and despatching orders.

The role is 40 hours a week, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (shifts imbetween)  You will also have to work 1 saturday morning in 6.  There is an annual bonus incentive in addition to the salary of £12,000 - £14,500.  Although this vacancy is sales orientated it is not a purely target driven sales office, there is more of an emphasis on ensuring customer loyalty is appreciated.
