An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Branch Manager in a city centre branch. The successful candidate will lead and coach your team to identify customer requirements and provide high quality customer service to achieve and exceed sales and service targets. You will use the savings challenge to motivate yourself and your team members to achieve, utilising every opportunity presented.

You will build and maintain relationships in all areas of the business and local communities to improve sales and service performance. You will be constantly looking to improve the effectiveness of the branch and embrace the challenges presented by thinking outside the box. Constant consideration and consistent adherence to the Society's standard service and sales processes along with all internal and external regulatory, operational, compliance and credit systems must of course be given.

You'll take responsibility for your own self-development by regularly reading available information in order to deal competently with all internal and external regulatory, operational, compliance and credit systems. CeMap qualification is essential for full competence, must be working towards CeMap for initial competence.
